THE DEAL OF OUR CENTURY

by DAVE CLARK

Why be like all those boring, cliché refugees when you can stand out from the crowd - and the rising sea level - and be a climate change refugee.

War and famine - they’re so 20th century reasons for having to leave your homeland. Get with the times, burn some coal along with your future and get climate change refugee-ing. The hottest (temperatured) people are doing it.
Homelessness, that is.

No need to fill out those pesky forwarding address forms as you won’t have a forwarding address.

There’s even a fun theme song you can sing as you outrun the record-burning bushfires:
R-E-F-U
G-E-E-S
What does it spell?
Refugees!
Coz we just lost our house!!

The great news is that as you escape calamity, there will be pre-cooked meals lining the route, in the form of chargrilled native species nearing extinction. And deliciousness!

It’s a once in a lifetime deal - 20% off life expectancy. Or sign up the whole family to the Inaction Package and receive a further 10% off for each subsequent generation. So what are you waiting for? This is the deal of our century. First in, best (be) dressed (for years without a house).
